Why We Exist
Brinkley Haven Community Connections was created after receiving daily calls from families, hospitals and professionals urgently seeking senior housing. Many of whom were not the right fit for our own communities.
Rather than turning people away, we chose to become a trusted connection point.
Today, we offer independent senior housing referral and navigation service, helping families explore assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and independent living options with clarity and care.
We don’t provide care or make admissions decisions, we simply help families find the right next step.
